Tolochnsky Flax Mill Sold at Auction

On May 30, the committee for state property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee sold the former flax mill in the village of Zeleny Bor, Tolochin District, through an electronic auction.

The flax mill, which previously belonged to the agricultural enterprise "Rydomlsky," ceased operations in September 2023.

Subsequently, a decision was made to sell it at auction starting from the base price.

This was one of the largest unused production sites in the Vitebsk region – buildings with an area of 6017 sq.m. are located on a land plot of over 21 hectares.

The sale price was 17 base units (one base unit for each real estate object).

The former flax mill was acquired by an agricultural enterprise from the Kobryn District of the Brest Region, which turned out to be the sole participant in the auction, to expand its activities.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the committee has conducted 58 successful auctions for the sale of unused state property. The state budget has been replenished by almost 2.5 million rubles.
