A tractor was placed on a pedestal in the village of Bagushevsk

The monument stands on the former territory of the main farmstead of the "Bogushevsky" state farm. This tractor is a silent witness to the historical events that took place on Belarusian land in the twentieth century. Manufactured in 1932 at the Kharkiv Tractor Plant, it was delivered to the Bogushevsky State Breeding Nursery in 1936.

At the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the tractor, like other equipment, was evacuated to Siberia. It is known for certain that one of the residents of Bogushevsk who participated in the operation to save the legendary tractor was hanged by the fascists.

In 1946, the worker "returned" from evacuation and plowed the field until 1951. Then, for some time, it was operated in the Liozno district of the Vitebsk region until it became an exhibit at the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of Belarus in Minsk.

Since 1977, the tractor has been back in Bogushevsk, but now in well-deserved retirement. True, for a short period, it was taken to the district center, but the residents of Bogushevsk reclaimed their fellow countryman, and it once again took its honorable place.

By the way, it is quite easy to get to the legendary tractor: you need to walk about 500 meters from the "Bogushevsk" railway stop building to this monument and witness of the 20th-century history.
