Three young scientists from the Vitebsk region received the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Belarus

Among the top 94 are Dmitry Bagrets, a researcher at the Institute of Technical Acoustics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (for the development and implementation of technology for applying protective and decorative coatings based on titanium nitride to dental products made of shape memory TiNi alloy); Elena Gusakova, Associate Professor at Vitebsk State Medical University, Candidate of Biological Sciences (for identifying a new mechanism of the antistress effect of thyroid iodine-containing hormones in the blood); and Alexander Kozlov, Head of Department at Polotsk State University, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor (for the development of new ways and methods for controlling asymptotic characteristics of linear non-stationary systems of ordinary differential equations with discontinuous and rapidly changing coefficients).

They will receive an additional 350 rubles monthly.
