The sale price of the real estate object at auction in Vitebsk exceeded the starting price by almost one and a half thousand times

December 29, Vitebsk / Sergei Kochetov - BELTA /. The sale price of the real estate object at an auction in Vitebsk today exceeded the starting price by almost 1.5 thousand times. This was reported to a BELTA correspondent by Larisa Shcheglova, head of the auctions and competitions department of the Vitebsk Regional Property Fund. The unused storage building of the former military town in the urban settlement of Bolbasovo (Orsha district) became the subject of fierce competition among bidders. The single-story building with a total area of 436.7 sq. m was put up for auction with a starting sale price of one base value (Br35 thousand) and attracted three potential buyers. As a result of intense bidding on the 60th step of the auctioneer, a winner was determined, who offered Br50 million for the real estate. According to the terms of the auction, the new owner undertakes to organize entrepreneurial activities involving the real estate object in economic circulation and create at least five jobs. In total, as a result of the auction, unused property worth almost Br82 million was put into economic circulation. In addition to the former military property, two garage buildings with a total area of about 137 sq. m, located in Orsha, acquired new owners. There was one participant registered for each of these two lots, so the bidding was declared void. In accordance with Decree No. 232 "On Certain Issues of Conducting Auctions (Competitions)" dated May 5, 2009, the organizers offered the sole applicants to purchase the lots of interest to them at a price exceeding the starting price by 5%. As a result, the buildings were sold to new owners for a total amount of almost Br32 million. At the same time, the buyers acquired the right to lease land plots of 0.0085 hectares and 0.0157 hectares for 26 years for the maintenance and servicing of the buildings. -0-
