A pre-conscription training center has opened at Secondary School No. 3 in Tolochin.
The event was attended by Vladimir Terentyev, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, Colonel Ruslan Shkodin, Military Commissar of the Vitebsk Region, Oleg Lyndin, Chairman of the Tolochin District Executive Committee, his deputy Inna Golubkova, Georgy Murashko, Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, representatives of public organizations, and students of the city's schools.
"The main task of such centers is the patriotic education of the younger generation," said Vladimir Terentyev, addressing those present at the opening ceremony.
