A rock festival will be held in Navapolatsk

A rock festival will be held on August 30 in the main square of Novopolotsk, Builders' Square (as part of the "Musical Evenings of Belaya Rus" event).

More than 20 young and already well-known bands from Polotsk and Novopolotsk, as well as from other regions of Belarus, will take part in this large festival, which is being held for the third time. The event is held under the auspices of the Novopolotsk city organization of the republican public association "Belaya Rus" on the personal initiative of its chairman, deputy of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Devyatovsky, a famous athlete, Olympic medalist.

— With this concert, we want to support talented musicians. Perhaps participation in our festival will become an incentive for them to start a successful music career and creative growth. It is pleasant to note that the number of those wishing to perform on the main square of Novopolotsk is growing every year: this year about 30 applications were received, which means that our rock music event has a positive image and is in demand, — said Vadim Devyatovsky.
