Participants of "Slavianski Bazaar" will be accommodated in 14 facilities in Vitebsk and hotels in Minsk

Fourteen facilities in Vitebsk, as well as separate hotels in Minsk, will be used for the accommodation of participants of the XXV International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", Chairman of the Vitebsk City Executive Committee Viktor Nikolaikin announced at a meeting of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of the forum.

In Vitebsk, the hotels "Luchesa", "Vitebsk", "Eridan", "Vitebsk Tourist", as well as trade union dormitories, dormitories of universities and other educational institutions will be used. "Preparatory work, at least minimal cosmetic repairs, has been carried out for all of them," noted Viktor Nikolaikin. The most costly work was carried out in the first two hotels. In "Luchesa", the air conditioning system in the rooms has been replaced by 100%. Design and estimate documentation for the modernization of individual rooms, which will take place after the forum, has been prepared.

"We continue to work on the 'Vitebsk' hotel. We will put several rooms into operation by July 8. A total of Br3.5 billion will be allocated from the city budget, plus the hotel's own funds for equipment, furniture, bedding, and so on," the mayor reported. As added by Alexander Sidorenko, Director of the International Arts Festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", President of the International Federation of Festival Organizations (FIFF), the accommodation of guests is carried out in an operational mode: as soon as a room becomes available, it is almost immediately occupied again. However, there are days with such a packed concert schedule, for example, with mixed concerts, when additional places are involved. This year, the hotel complex of Minsk, including "Planeta", "Belarus" and other facilities, is actively involved. "The accommodation service has not yet determined places for almost a hundred artists. We are working on this," concluded Alexander Sidorenko.
