The level of juvenile delinquency in the Vitebsk region is the lowest in the country

July 24, Vitebsk / Olga Bogacheva - BELTA /. The Vitebsk region has the lowest share of juvenile delinquency in the republic based on the results of the first half of 2012, said Irina Yanukovich, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of the Vitebsk Region for Supervision of the Enforcement of Legislation on Minors and Youth, to a BELTA correspondent.
