The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee's Department of Internal Affairs is holding the campaign "NO to drunkenness!"
Unfortunately, a significant number of citizens continue to be registered as deceased due to alcohol surrogate poisoning in the Vitebsk region.
One of the main conditions contributing to this negative phenomenon is the illegal trade of low-quality alcohol at so-called "spots" and from hand to hand. Those who profit from the grief and health of others are indifferent to the fate of other citizens.
If you are not indifferent to this problem, cannot calmly watch the tears of mothers and children, disintegrating families, and are disturbed by clandestine alcohol dealers and their clients, please report this information by calling the patrol and post service regiment of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee:
GTS (8 - 0212) 58-08-63
MTS (8 - 029) 511-22-16
Velcom (8 - 029) 314-08-63
or to the territorial internal affairs department by calling
102
The phones are operational 24/7. Anonymity is guaranteed.
And who knows – perhaps your call will save a human life that could have ended absurdly in a drunken stupor, and punish those who "poison" it.
