For example, a large order was received for blanks for warm jackets. The salary of the employees is piece-rate with bonuses, and there are prospects for its increase as the seamstresses' skills grow, and with them, the production volume. The company's management plans to increase the number of jobs from 17 to 25, and training can be conducted on-site with qualification assignment.
