In Belarus, the procedure for returning money to citizens upon their withdrawal from shared construction, termination of membership in a developer organization, and termination of sale and purchase agreements for residential premises built under state order is changing. The new procedure is enshrined in Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 606 of July 17, reports BELTA.

The document amends Resolution of the Government No. 6 of January 8, 2014.
