August 15, Minsk /BELTA correspondent/. A storm warning has been announced in many regions of Belarus today, the Republican Hydrometeorological Center informed a BELTA correspondent. According to meteorologists, thunderstorms are expected in most of the country, Minsk region, and in Minsk until the end of the day. In connection with the unfavorable weather, the Ministry of Emergency Situations urges not to treat thunderstorms with disdain and not to be too overconfident in the face of the elements. The recommendations to close windows, not to use electrical appliances, and not to seek shelter under trees or power lines on the street remain relevant. It is strictly forbidden to swim during a thunderstorm, and it is better to move away from the reservoir.
