A bard song contest dedicated to Andrei Makarevich will be held in Braslav

On December 15, the Braslav House of Culture will host the district bard song contest "I Sing...", dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the legendary Russian musician, singer, poet, composer, artist, and leader of the rock band "Mashina Vremeni" Andrey Makarevich. The star will celebrate his anniversary on December 11.

12 performers from Braslav and Braslav district will take part in the competition. Contestants must perform two songs: one from the repertoire of Andrey Makarevich and the rock band "Mashina Vremeni", and the second one of their choice.

The rock band "Si-4" (ex. the LABBUHI) will also perform for the audience. The competition starts at 15:00, admission is free.

The event is held with the support of the Department of Ideological Work, Culture, and Youth Affairs of the Braslav District Executive Committee.
