A guardhouse burned down in the Chashniki district, the guard is in intensive care, Marina Fando, press secretary of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, told a BELTA correspondent. The fire occurred in the Lukomlsky village council. The report of the incident was received by the Central Operations Department of the Chashniki District Department of Emergency Situations from a passing citizen. Upon arrival at the scene, emergency rescuers observed open burning of a metal guardhouse clad in wood, owned by the state enterprise "Lukoml" (Popovka village). The guard, a livestock breeder of the enterprise, born in 1955, was at the scene of the incident. After examination by the ambulance crew, the man, diagnosed with poisoning by combustion products, burns of the head, both arms and legs of 2-3 degrees (26% of the body), in a state of alcohol intoxication, was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Novolukoml Central District Hospital. As a result of the fire, the guardhouse was completely destroyed. The cause of the incident is being established. -0-
