Vasily Shilov has been approved as the Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee
The session was attended by the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Nikolai Nikolaevich Sherstnev, the previous head of the district Igor Ivanovich Markovich, the Chairman of the District Council of Deputies Irina Frantsevna Kozel, the district's deputy corps, representatives of the regional and district executive committees, and heads of enterprises and organizations of Verkhnedvinsk region.
Introducing the new head of the district, the Head of the Main Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee V.N. Davydovsky noted the high organizational skills and analytical thinking of the young leader, his ability to use modern management methods, and to see the prospects for development and ways to achieve goals. The successes achieved in previous places of work, in particular, the high performance of the agricultural sector of the district, which Vasily Shilov headed for the last two and a half years, confirm Vasily Nikolaevich's management abilities.
The candidacy of V.N. Shilov was supported by the deputies of the District Council of Deputies – Director of OJSC "Prudinki" V.A. Krasnik, Head of Verkhnedvinsk RGS of the branch "Polotsk Production Department" PRUP "Vitebskoblgaz" A.G. Molotok, Head of Verkhnedvinsk ROChS V.N. Krishtalevich.
The deputies unanimously approved Vasily Nikolaevich Shilov as the Chairman of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee.
The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee N.N. Sherstnev presented V.N. Shilov with his official ID and wished him fruitful and effective work.
Nikolai Nikolaevich Sherstnev thanked the previous head of the district, Igor Ivanovich Markovich, for his many years of successful work, noting that under his leadership, the district achieved stable high performance and earned a reputation as one of the strongest in the region. Igor Markovich has been offered to head the Polotsk district, where it is necessary to strengthen the human resources.
The newly elected head of the Verkhnedvinsk district faces the task of finding new sources of growth. Nikolai Sherstnev emphasized the development of the economy, job creation, and the need to retain people, especially young people, in the region by providing decent living and working conditions. Nikolai Nikolaevich wished the new head not to get lost in the routine of daily affairs, but to see the perspective, build a clear "roadmap," form a capable team, and work for results.
Vasily Nikolaevich Shilov was born in 1987 in the village of Panichevo, Bakscharsky district, Tomsk region, Russian Federation.
He has higher education: he graduated from the Belarusian State Agricultural Academy with a degree in Agronomy and the Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University with a degree in Management of Organizations and Subdivisions of the Agro-Industrial Complex.
Since 2007, he worked as an agronomist, and since 2008, as the chief agronomist of OJSC "Prudinki" in the Verkhnedvinsk district. In 2014, he headed OJSC "Nurovo". Since 2017, he served as the first deputy chairman – head of the department for agriculture and food of the Verkhnedvinsk District Executive Committee.
