In Glubokoye, after major repairs, the infectious diseases ward of the Central District Hospital was solemnly opened
The honor of cutting the symbolic red ribbon was given to the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Andreichenko, the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Alexander Shubsky, and the Chief Physician of the medical institution, Vyacheslav Sabinich.
– I express my gratitude to the leadership of the region and the district for their active participation in the implementation of this project, as well as to the builders and medical professionals, – emphasized Vladimir Andreichenko. – The health of the nation is one of the most important priorities of the state policy of our country and the personal priority of the President of Belarus. Much has been done in recent years in terms of healthcare development. Scientific and practical centers are operating, and great attention is paid to the reconstruction and construction of medical institutions, their re-equipment, and the training of qualified personnel.
Significant transformations are taking place not only in large cities but also in district centers and rural areas. For example, with the support of Vladimir Andreichenko, a first-class dental clinic was previously established in Glubokoye. Since 2015, major repairs have been carried out in the therapeutic and surgical departments, and ambulances have been acquired.
The renovation of the infectious diseases department, designed for 20 beds, is a new step in the development of healthcare in the northwestern region of the oblast. For the past 11 years, qualified medical assistance has been provided here not only to residents of the Glubokoye district but also to those of the Sharkovshchina district.
According to Alexander Shubsky, the future plans include carrying out equally large-scale renovation work in other departments of the medical institution. Comfort and coziness within the hospital walls are not a luxury but a reality of our time. The funds spent are an investment in the health of the region's residents, and it is priceless.
Alexander Nikolaevich thanked Vladimir Pavlovich and the regional administration for understanding the district's problems, for their help and support, emphasizing that Glubokoye has colossal potential for further socio-economic development.
Wishing health to the patients of the renovated building, Vyacheslav Sabinich expressed gratitude to the management and employees of DKUSP "Glubokaya PMK-48" for their high professionalism and masterful execution of tasks, and noted the efforts of everyone involved in the repair work and the improvement of the adjacent territory.
After the solemn ceremony, Vyacheslav Sabinich gave the guests a mini-tour of the renovated building. The scale of the work done is impressive. For example, the engineering networks and sewage systems were replaced in the hospital building, and new laminar flow hoods, air recirculators, and dispensers were installed in the rooms. Nine wards were equipped with modern furniture, and the bathrooms now have shower cabins and bathtubs.
As a memento of the visit to the central district hospital, Vladimir Pavlovich was presented with an icon of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon, embroidered with beads by pediatrician Irina Vyshadko. There is a chapel on the grounds of the medical facility, built in honor of the saint and funded by donations from local residents. It is visited not only by patients but also by doctors.
In a conversation with the staff of the district hospital, Vladimir Pavlovich focused on the quality of medical personnel training and spoke about how the Glubokoye district has changed in recent years.
On the same day, the deputy held a personal reception of citizens. Those who applied were interested in issues related to pension accrual, trade services in rural areas, payment of debts, etc. Explanations and recommendations were given on each of them.
