The investment program of Novopolotsk includes 11 construction, reconstruction, and design projects

City budget funds are planned to be allocated across three sectors: "General State Activities", "Housing and Communal Services and Housing Construction", and "Physical Culture, Sports, Culture, and Mass Media".

The volume of capital investments will be distributed by the executive committee among the 11 included projects to promote the implementation of investment projects and reduce the volume of unfinished construction exceeding the norm. Thus, part of the funds is planned to be directed towards equipping the Builders' Square with a video surveillance system and acquiring fixed assets. The largest number of capital investment projects are in the housing and communal services and housing construction sector: for the creation of engineering and transport infrastructure for residential development areas, reconstruction of sidewalks and the intersection of Molodezhnaya and Kalinina streets, as well as for payment of works on the construction of a cemetery southwest of the urban settlement Borovuha in Polotsk district, and the installation of outdoor lighting in Novopolotsk on Ya. Kolas Street from the Druzhba GC to Secondary School No. 14.

The investment program also includes the projects "Southeast extension of Molodezhnaya Street in Novopolotsk", "Conversion of 2-apartment cottages at the address: Dvinskaya Street, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31 from centralized heating to heating from gas-fired condensing boilers in Novopolotsk". In the field of physical culture, funds are concentrated on the reconstruction of the ice palace of the hockey club "Khimik".
