This was announced to journalists today by the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission Lidiya Yermoshina, as reported by a BELTA correspondent. "We have gathered information on the exact number of candidates we have left as of today. As of the first day of early voting on September 18, there were 293, and this figure has not changed; the names of 293 candidates are still in the election ballots. All information about them is available on information resources," said Lidiya Yermoshina. She also noted that no emergencies or disturbing incidents related to the elections, the opening of polling stations, or the storage of ballots occurred over the past day.
