Among friends
29 November 2012 at 11.00 in the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic Hall, the regional festival of amateur art "In the Circle of Friends" among disabled people attending territorial centers for social services of the population will be held.
The event is timed to coincide with the Day of Disabled Persons of the Republic of Belarus and is organized by the Committee for Labor, Employment and Social Protection in conjunction with the Department of Culture of the Regional Executive Committee, the Vitebsk branch of the "Belarusian Peace Foundation", and the State Institution "Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov".
