In the Lepel district, the construction of apartment buildings is actively underway
In 2018, two 40-apartment residential buildings will be commissioned in Lepel. One of them is being built within the framework of cooperation with the People's Republic of China and will be entirely allocated for social housing. Apartments in it will be provided to families with disabled children, orphans, and other persons entitled to social housing and registered as needing to improve their housing conditions.
– In September-October, we plan to start construction of two more facilities: a 60-apartment residential building in the village of Borovka and a 40-apartment building in Lepel. Over time, a whole residential area will be built in the district center, – shared the plans Natalia Klyashtornaya, Head of the Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Lepel District Executive Committee.
The issue of constructing an apartment building in the village of Domzheritsy is being considered for the future.
