A cafe has opened in the Liozno district

At the Zaoльshye border crossing in the Liozno district, the cafe "Rul", well-known to motorists on the Vitebsk-Smolensk highway, has reopened after a major renovation.

A new food block has been built here, additional equipment has been purchased, and 3 more jobs have been created. All this will allow serving 20 visitors simultaneously instead of the previous 5. The assortment will now include first and second courses, and pastries. The cafe owners plan to set up an information center with Wi-Fi.

The changes were made possible by the fruitful public-private partnership between ChTUP "Podorozhnik" and the district authorities, who facilitated the allocation of land and the accelerated administrative procedures for construction work, explained Vyacheslav Chernousov, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Economics.
