A new kindergarten and apartment building have been opened in Miory
Along with the townspeople, the solemn event was attended by the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, the Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies Vladimir Terentyev, the Aide to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Igor Brylo, heads of the district and regional services.

Five large families will live in the new 40-apartment building. For Tatiana and Sergey Martinkevich, these are long-awaited own meters. In a three-room apartment, they and their three children – Margarita, Nikita, and Violetta – will have their own rooms. The couple have already decided on the furnishings, managed to buy some things to move into the new house faster, and decided that the living room would be the main place for the family. Here, the large parents will celebrate birthdays, New Year, Easter, and other holidays that will bring everyone together. And at a large table, which will be placed in this room, the family will gather for dinners and conversations, which will fill their evenings with warmth and soulfulness.
The remaining apartments in the new building are provided as rental housing for specialists in education, healthcare, emergencies, the Investigative Committee, the Department of Internal Affairs, etc. For them, this is the most advantageous solution to the housing issue in the district center.
The apartments have interior finishing, so many will be eager to purchase the necessary furniture to move in soon and create a cozy home. For children, a playground has been equipped in the yard, and residents can leave their cars in the adjacent parking lot. The five-story building also has a spacious elevator.
"The city is developing; six houses have been built here over the past five years, and there are plans to build another one next year. This is a landmark day for both the residents of Miory who will live here and raise their children, and for everyone involved in the construction. May joy, children's laughter, faith, hope, and happiness come with the new residents of this house," wished the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, at the opening of the new building.
A kindergarten was also opened in Miory. There are few such preschool institutions in the country in terms of capacity and conditions for children's stay and development. A swimming pool, numerous sports grounds, playrooms, art studios, rooms for individual classes, spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen complex – everything to make children feel good here.
