The regional executive committee introduced the new Assistant to the President of Belarus – the Inspector for the Vitebsk Region
One of the most important priorities today is to ensure decent remuneration for people's labor, and for this, it is necessary to achieve success in production activities. This is the opinion of the new Presidential Aide – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, Anatoly Linevich, who was introduced to the management of the Vitebsk region on August 1 at a meeting of the regional executive committee.
Before presenting the official ID to the new inspector, the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Valery Mitskevich, noted his demanding nature as a leader, his respectful attitude towards colleagues and subordinates, and his ability to create a favorable working environment.
— Anatoly Konstantinovich is a qualified specialist and an experienced agronomist, he headed a number of large agricultural enterprises, therefore, the management of the Vitebsk region will be comfortable working with him to fulfill the tasks set for the region by the President, — noted Valery Mitskevich.
First of all, this concerns the development of the agro-industrial complex, the optimization of its management structure, and the possible creation of a unified system for managing the agro-industrial complex in the region, as well as the financial recovery of agricultural organizations. In addition, the most important priorities in the region's work remain the implementation of the head of state's instructions for the development of the Orsha district, and issues of timely payment of wages to employees. The task for Anatoly Linevich as the President's Aide remains unchanged – to analyze and evaluate the potential of the leadership кадров of the Vitebsk region and to make proposals for improving this work in the region.
In addition, Valery Mitskevich reminded about the upcoming electoral campaigns, the first of which will be parliamentary elections, followed by presidential elections in 2020.
— These political events, important for the country, must be held with dignity and at a high organizational level, — emphasized Valery Mitskevich, adding that, in general, all the tasks facing the Vitebsk region's asset are specific, quite complex, but achievable.
In his response, Anatoly Linevich noted that the main indicator of the population's living standards is wages, that people's labor must be duly appreciated, and that attention must be paid to citizens' needs, creating quality living conditions for them, primarily in the regions.
— And for this, it is necessary to achieve success in production, which I hope we will achieve together, — said Anatoly Linevich.
The Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Shersnev, also expressed confidence that the new Presidential Aide will provide significant assistance in solving the region's pressing problems, thanks to which the Vitebsk region will become an even more attractive place to live.
