A complex for equipment repair will be created in the Orsha district
The new owner of the property complex is individual entrepreneur Sergey Rudokha from the Orsha district. According to him, he plans to use the real estate to develop activities related to the repair and maintenance of any type of equipment. In particular, it is about organizing the production of parts and mechanisms using original technologies.
Since the beginning of his entrepreneurial activity in 2001, Sergey Rudokha, together with a group of like-minded colleagues, has also been involved in social projects in the field of sports. Orsha athletes are among the strongest in the Vitebsk region in auto and motocross, and karting is developing in the district. Athletes from other regions of Belarus seek services from Orsha car mechanics. The new production base will allow for a comprehensive approach to organizing support for autocross racers, noted Sergey Rudokha, but he preferred to keep the details of the future project secret for now.
The unused buildings and structures are located in the village of Obukhovo and were put up for auction for the 17th time since September 2015. The starting price of the lot was set at eleven basic units (Br280.5). The lot includes 8 buildings of various functional purposes (garages, warehouses) with a total area of over 2.8 thousand sq.m, as well as road infrastructure and land plots over 2.3 hectares, leased for 27 years.
In total, since the beginning of 2019, unused buildings and structures worth almost Br2.5 million have been sold at the auctions of the Vitebsk Regional Property Committee, which is more than 1.5 times the result for the same period in 2018.
