A multidisciplinary polyclinic has been opened in Orsha
The Prime Minister recalled that over the past five years, a program for the accelerated development of this region has been implemented in the Orsha district. Its effect on paper ended last year. However, the development of the Orsha district has not stopped there, Roman Golovchenko emphasized:
– Today, a new polyclinic is being put into operation. This is a highly demanded institution for the residents of Orsha. The state has not remained on the sidelines regarding this facility. About 55 million rubles of budget funds have been invested in its construction. And I am confident that this is a truly good gift for the people of Orsha.
Roman Golovchenko noted that the facility is built using the most modern technologies. It is equipped with all the necessary medical equipment. It is staffed with medical personnel. At the same time, this is far from the last facility in the development of healthcare in the Vitebsk region, he emphasized:
– In the near future, a new building of the regional infectious diseases hospital and a new surgical complex of the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital are to be commissioned. If we talk about medicine in the Orsha region, then in 2018, a new building of City Hospital No. 1 named after Semashko was put into operation, and in 2020, a rehabilitation department in the town of Baran. In addition, the FAPs, district outpatient clinics, and участковые больницы were brought into proper condition, and the fleet of ambulances was significantly updated. The re-equipment of other healthcare institutions with modern equipment continues.
Summing up, Roman Golovchenko emphasized that the funds invested by the state in the construction of the new polyclinic in Orsha will definitely pay off:
– This is an investment to make this city modern and its population healthy.
