It is symbolic that the event is hosted by the official youth capital of Belarus - 2019. The festival, which takes place at the Orsha State Mechanical-Economic College, gathered 170 guests from different parts of the country.

Among them are university students, participants of the open competition "Blogosphere 1.0", youth SDG ambassadors, and vice-rectors of higher education institutions. The principle of work is an open dialogue with advanced youth. The leitmotif is the most modern - social networks, blogosphere, and the internet not only for entertainment, but for benefit. The start of the forum was marked by a bright and long-awaited event. Minister of Education Igor Karpenko and the winning participants of "Blogosphere 1.0" launched the first domestic youth YouTube channel. Recall that in the seven competitive nominations of "Blogosphere 1.0", more than 180 young bloggers of the country competed for the status of the best of the best.

After an open dialogue with the minister, the participants will attend master classes on creating, publishing, and promoting content on the Internet on the "Instagram" and "YouTube" platforms. Students will have the opportunity to participate in filming video segments for the youth YouTube channel, which was named "In Focus - Youth". By the way, it will operate on the basis of the Republican Youth Center. The first episode is planned to be aired very soon and will be dedicated to the event in Orsha.

The possibilities of the internet are huge, the main thing is to use them competently. Social networks, YouTube - today this is already a way of life, which means there is a need to form a certain culture of communication and behavior in them, noted Minister of Education Igor Karpenko in a conversation with the media:

— You don't always realize how sincere the person on the other side of the screen is with you. Live communication gives a complete picture of the interlocutor. Words, emotions, gestures — all this allows us to understand each other better. Therefore, my personal opinion is that no social network can replace face-to-face conversation. At the same time, we must take into account modern realities, the projects that the guys are presenting today, a necessary and reasonable initiative.
