In Orsha, equipment for fire crews is produced
General Director Vitaliy Rabekin acquainted the head of the district with the only production of such products in the Vitebsk region. They visited the assembly shop, welding and turning sections. Specialists demonstrated the process of laser metal cleaning and the operation of a laser metal cutting machine. In the assembly shop, the final stage of preparation for several AL-30 fire trucks with 30-meter extendable aerial ladders was underway. This is part of new equipment manufactured by the enterprise under a state defense order for the units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus. The first batch of these special vehicles was dispatched to the customer in the presence of Igor Moroz.
Larger machines were also demonstrated at the enterprise's site. In particular, the APK-46, a fire articulated telescopic aerial platform combined with a ladder. This is an import substitution product that will be supplied to the Russian Federation. The pride of the plant is the AL-52 fire truck ladder based on a MAZ chassis, designed for rescue operations at great heights. This is the first prototype of the tallest aerial ladder produced in Belarus. It is currently undergoing testing.
The Modern Fire Fighting Equipment Plant has confidently secured its niche in the production of aerial ladders. The company's specialists constantly monitor, analyze, and implement new technologies from leading European firms in the field of fire safety. The product line of ZSPT LLC also includes small, medium, and heavy-duty fire tankers on MAZ chassis with wheel formulas 6x6, 4x4, 4x2.
Special equipment manufactured by the Orsha company is in service with various fire departments of ministries and agencies of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Production capacities allow for the annual output of approximately 100 units of special fire fighting vehicles, manufactured in accordance with international standards and equipped with the most modern equipment.
