In Orsha, a schoolgirl was sentenced to 6 years for robbery and assault

A schoolgirl and four of her adult friends in Orsha have become involved in serious crimes – robbery and aggravated robbery. The young people devised a truly cinematic scenario for enrichment.

Everything was planned in advance, roles were assigned. The eleventh-grader, without revealing her age, met a guy online. They agreed to meet. The girl promised to provide the date with a mood enhancer. Naturally, for money. Under the guise of drugs, she brought something like a smoking mixture.

Experts were unable to examine this substance: it was destroyed.

In the middle of the romantic meeting, a group of guys burst into the apartment. One of them declared that the girl was his sister. He threatened to hold the owner accountable for associating with a minor and possessing drugs. He offered to resolve the conflict with money. The guy got scared and gave the blackmailers 400,000 rubles.

After taking their friend and flushing the "weed" down the toilet, the unexpected guests left. However, they took some items with them: trousers, a shirt, a phone, headphones. A few hours later, after dividing the money, they decided they hadn't taken enough. And they returned to the victim. They found a bank card and began demanding the PIN code.

The young man tried to deceive the robbers, and they began to strangle him. In the end, they extracted the necessary information and fled. The police were called by a neighbor who heard noise in the apartment above and shouts of "Help!".

Diana Rybakova, Assistant Prosecutor of the Orsha District, says:

- The punishment for each participant in the criminal thriller was assigned taking into account the "skill" of their performed role. From restriction of liberty and suspension of punishment to 6.5 years of actual imprisonment in a penal colony with confiscation of property. The girl, from whom, apparently, the initiative for the crimes mostly originated, will spend 6 years in places of confinement.

In court, the eleventh-grader pleaded very hard to be allowed to finish school. The schoolgirl was handcuffed right in the courtroom; she will finish her studies in a juvenile correctional colony.
