Polotsk to discuss prospects of Vitebsk region joining the European Culinary Heritage Network

An informational seminar for representatives of the HoReCa sector will be held in Polotsk on June 25-26 as part of the European Union project Bella Cuisine, Anton Rodnenkov, the project coordinator, informed BELTA.

Representatives of agro-tourism estates and enterprises operating in the HoReCa sector in Belarus and Latvia, as well as members of the European Culinary Heritage Network from the Latgale region (Latvia), will take part in the seminar.

Nicholas Fjelstrom (Sweden), coordinator of the Culinary Heritage Network, will talk about the goals and objectives of this community, the conditions for joining, and the benefits that membership in the European Culinary Heritage Network will bring to enterprises in the Vitebsk region.

In addition, seminar participants will analyze the prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in the border regions of Latvia and Belarus.
