Topical issues of geriatrics will be discussed by specialists at a regional conference in Novopolotsk. Hotlines on this topic will be held by representatives of the regional committee for labor, employment and social protection. Cultural and entertainment programs have been prepared for pensioners by cultural institutions and libraries. The most large-scale among them will be the festival of amateur artistic creativity "Golden Autumn," which will bring together over 150 residents of Orsha and the Orsha district aged 50 to 80. On October 1, at the final round of the forum, they will demonstrate their works of decorative and applied arts, vocal and choreographic skills, and compete in recitation and playing various instruments. Prizes and diplomas await the winners.
