A training center has been organized at the Polotsk Border Detachment

A training unit has once again been established at the Polotsk Border Guard Detachment. At the military unit, 108 young men drafted from the Vitebsk, Minsk, and Mogilev regions will study the basics of drill, general military regulations, and the material part of small arms. The young men are preparing to take the Military Oath and are studying the scout course. Upon completion of training at the training unit, all soldiers will receive the specialty of "inspector."

The best officers, ensigns, and contract servicemen have arrived at the training unit from border units specifically to train the new recruits.

At the end of May, a solemn ceremony took place on the unit's parade ground – the issuance of weapons to the new recruits and familiarization with the unit's Battle Flag. The Deputy Commander of the unit, Lieutenant Colonel Alexey Buinich, congratulated the servicemen on receiving combat weapons, congratulated them on the upcoming holiday – Border Guard Day, and wished them success in their future service.

On June 14, the cadets of the training unit will take the oath, after which they will continue their service on the border.
