In Postavy, a grand opening ceremony of the "Vytoki" festival and a modern sports skate-roller park took place. The event was attended by the President of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus Viktor Lukashenko and the head of the region Alexander Subbotin.
- You know, Postavy has very good infrastructure -- you've seen the stadium yourself, it's in the city center, and I don't think many districts in Minsk have one like it. Excellent FOK, gym, wrestling hall. For a typical town where I lived, for example, 20 years ago, we could only dream of this. Postavy can be proud of its infrastructure and keeps it in order, everything is well-maintained. Tomorrow is the main sports day, parents with children will watch, try themselves, and it's quite possible that they will have new ideas for development, - said Viktor Lukashenko.
- "Vytoki" is celebrating its coming of age, it is an honor that this milestone is taking place in the Vitebsk region, in the city of Postavy, - noted Alexander Subbotin. - It's a wonderful city, there are many interesting places here, and this is another reason to emphasize and show the whole world that we are here, that we can do a lot. And this wonderful event is just the beginning of the most interesting sports, youth, and historical celebration.
