Chairman of Vitebsk region Nikolai Shersnev took part in the opening of a new kindergarten in Postavy
Residents of the microdistrict, which has been actively developing in recent years in the area of Zelenaya Street, have long awaited this event. One after another, multi-story buildings were erected here, the apartments in which were received by young large families in the vast majority. And, of course, numerous children needed a kindergarten here.
In December 2019, the staff of DKUASP "Rassvet Postavsky" began earthworks and a year later, in December 2020, handed over the building, ready for operation, to its owners. For the successful completion of this responsible order, the best employees of the construction organization that built the kindergarten were honored with diplomas and commendations from the regional and district executive committees at the celebration.
Many came to congratulate the pupils of the preschool institution, their parents, and those who will educate, develop, and create comfort for the children, to solemnly cut the ribbon and thus announce the start of the new institution's operation: representatives of regional and district authorities, the public of the district, and, of course, parents.
Speaking, Nikolai Sherstnev emphasized that our state has always cared about the welfare of the population and especially about large families, for whom numerous benefits are provided in housing provision. Postavy district is proof of this, where industry, agriculture, and the social sphere are successfully developing, and where more than 200 families have celebrated housewarmings in recent years in this microdistrict alone. The Regional Executive Committee sets the task of creating modern kindergartens and schools of the future in all district centers so that young people do not leave their small homeland, and those who have left return.
The kindergarten has truly received a unique, fairytale-like architecture, furnished with furniture produced by its own enterprise "Postavyfurniture".
"There is nothing like it in the district yet," emphasized the chairman of the district executive committee, Sergey Chepik. "For children, it has 6 group rooms with bedrooms, a swimming pool, a computer class, a music room, a sports hall, and a therapeutic physical training hall, a physiotherapy room, and numerous playgrounds outside... For specialists, there are separate offices, equipped with food and medical blocks. Guests were able to see all this with their own eyes, and rejoice for the children who have received such comfortable conditions within walking distance of their homes."
