On the eve of Constitution Day, government officials took a dictation test in one of the state languages
The traditional event "Festival of Languages - to the Soul, to the Heart", held in Vitebsk, has brought together people of different ages and professions.
Representatives of the authorities, public organizations, workers of the construction and banking sectors, and the creative intelligentsia tried to recall their wonderful school years and write a dictation in one of the state languages. They were joined by students and teachers of Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov, as well as employees and students of its branches in Orsha and Polotsk.

The event is timed to coincide with the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus. Its organizers were the regional and city Councils of Deputies and VSU named after P.M. Masherov.
