On the eve of Women's Day, a festive evening was held at the Vitebsk Concert Hall
The fairer half of humanity was congratulated by the First Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Oleg Matskevich. He wished women peace, love, prosperity, and that the warmest words and best wishes would be heard in their address. Oleg Matskevich conveyed words of gratitude from the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, and the Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Nikolai Sherstnev, to all women for what they do for their families, the Vitebsk region, and the country.
The Order of Motherhood for giving birth to and raising five or more children was awarded to Vitebsk residents Anastasia Dukhovich, Ekaterina Dukhovich, Vera Chaikovskaya, and Anna Efremova.
Then, a festive concert took place.
