The Road and Bridge Enterprise No. 32 added that in 2019, it is planned to carry out patch repair of several sections of highways in the Polotsk district. These include the access road to the city from the R20 highway, worn-out sections of the R14 Polotsk-Miory-Braslav highway (about 1 thousand sq.m), R20 Vitebsk-Polotsk-Latvian border (6.6 thousand sq.m), R24 Polotsk-Rossony (1.9 thousand sq.m), R45 Polotsk-Glubokoe-Lithuanian border (1.7 thousand sq.m) and R46 Lepel-Polotsk-Russian border (2.8 thousand sq.m). The issue of roads in the Polotsk district was raised during the BELTA campaign "Your Question to the President" by two residents of Polotsk and Novopolotsk. The men complained about the poor condition of the roads in the district center and from the city in the direction of Rossony, Lepel and Shumilino. The dacha season is ahead, and the issue of road quality is relevant for many people. The BELTA news agency's "Your Question to the President" campaign took place on the eve of the "Big Conversation" on February 27-28. Over two days, about 2,000 questions were received by the editorial office from all over the country on topics and problems that concern residents.
