In the Shumilino district, the remains of nine Red Army soldiers will be reburied

The reburial of the remains of 9 Red Army soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War will take place in the Shumilino district on August 14, the local district executive committee reported.

The remains of the Red Army soldiers who died in 1941 were discovered during field search operations in the village of Nikolayevo. Four capsule-medallions were also found there, which helped to identify some of the defenders of the Fatherland. It was established that three natives of Bashkiria (at that time the Bashkir ASSR) died here - Altynguzhi Nurmukhamet Altynguzhinovich, born in 1916, Kopyev Ivan Vasilyevich, born in 1916, Kazakov Ilya Grigoryevich, born in 1918. The fourth medallion belonged to Anyanov Semyon Nikolayevich (possibly Onyanov), born in 1919 or 1920, a native of Molotov Oblast (now Perm Krai, Russia). The names of the other five defenders of the Fatherland have not been identified. The Red Army soldiers will be reburied at the military cemetery near the village of Tropino.
