The first district 3D cinema in the Vitebsk region opened in Tolochin

The new facility has taken over some of the functions of the district House of Culture – a comfortable hall with 280 seats has been equipped to host large-scale festive events.

However, the main focus of the new institution, named "Kolos", will naturally be on organizing regular film screenings. Thanks to German and Czech equipment, screenings will be held using the latest digital technologies. Thus, following the regional center, Polotsk, and Novopolotsk, residents of Tolochin will be able to fully enjoy new movies in 3D format.

On the occasion of this event, "Kolos" will host a concert and a screening of commercials on the big screen.

"Digital" was not cheap for the district residents – in total, capital repairs, building modernization, and equipment purchase required over 6 billion rubles.
