A hemodialysis unit will open at Tolochnaya Central District Hospital during the regional "Dazhynki", reported the chief physician of the medical institution Alexey Vishnevsky.

The new unit is equipped with six "artificial kidney" machines, and 6 patients can be accommodated here simultaneously.

The radiology department has undergone major repairs and is equipped with modern equipment.

Here a new digital apparatus for three workstations is installed. Its main advantage is high resolution. The doctor's workstation is computerized, which allows information exchange with other medical institutions. lang="EN">areas, not to mention already about the fact, that the images are sent over the network to the attending physician», — said Vishnevsky.

The infectious diseases ward and the children's clinic have been capital repaired, and the windows and entrance groups in the inpatient building have been replaced. The territory has been landscaped – a metal fence has appeared here, benches have been installed, and pedestrian paths have been laid.

The work was financed from the district, regional, and republican budgets.
