A bridge was opened after reconstruction in the Tolochin district
In the urban settlement of Kokhanovo, Tolochin District, a bridge on the NZ100 Orsha – Kokhanovo – Obultsy highway has been commissioned ahead of schedule after reconstruction. Not long ago, this facility, which received a second life as part of the state program "Roads of Belarus" for 2021–2025, was in a dilapidated state.
– Today is a significant event for the residents of Kokhanovo – the bridge over the Sokolyanka River has been commissioned after a six-month repair. This is a very important facility,– emphasized the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, Vladimir Terentyev, during the grand opening ceremony of the bridge. – The roadway has been widened to 9 meters, and the sidewalk – to 1.5 meters. Now the bridge has become all-weather and all-season. We are not stopping here – we will continue to transform the settlement.
