В трех районах Витебской области снят запрет на посещение лесов

In eight districts of Belarus, the ban on visiting forests has been lifted. Thus, districts in Minsk, Mogilev, Gomel, and Vitebsk regions have lifted the ban on visiting forest lands.

The press service of the Ministry of Forestry reports that it is now possible to visit forests in Vileyka, Volozhin, Myadel, Babruysk, Vitebsk, Petrikov, Begoml, as well as in Beshenkovichi districts.

The restriction was introduced due to the high probability of forest fires. It should be noted that during the ban period, it was also forbidden to collect mushrooms and berries. Violation of the ban is punishable by a fine of up to 25 basic units.
