Vitebsk honored the best workers of the utility sector
Yury Dyadyolo, Head of the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Regional Executive Committee, congratulated the nearly 17,000-strong team on their professional holiday, noting that all employees without exception worked without disruptions and достойно withstood the challenge of two ice storms, which indicates the stability of the system.
On the eve of the holiday, 14 distinguished employees of the utility sector of the Vitebsk region were awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Housing and Communal Services" at the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Belarus. Among them is Vladimir Bykov, a 5th-grade plumber-fitter of the housing and communal services of the Shumilino district. His colleagues characterize him only positively; he approaches his work responsibly and has no complaints from residents.
It is difficult for a man to understand communal issues, and even more so for a woman. But not for Elena Korsakova, the head of the RSU of the ZhRET of Vitebsk with 35 years of experience. For thirty years, she has headed the repair and construction unit, where 80 people work (only five women). According to her, it is easier to work with men. The manager has a good understanding of the problems, is on the same wavelength with her subordinates, understands them at a glance, just as they understand her. For her long-term and fruitful work, Elena Korsakova has also been awarded a badge of honor.
There is no communal organization or enterprise in the region that has not nominated its best employees for awards, emphasized Yuri Adamovich and presented honorary diplomas and letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the Regional Executive Committee, and the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Regional Executive Committee.
On this day, words of gratitude were addressed to many utility workers who strive to professionally perform their duties to make life and work more convenient, warmer, and more comfortable for the residents of the region. Thank you all for your conscientious work!
