Workers of the cultural sphere were honored in Vitebsk

We are proud of our cultural traditions, historical roots, and our ability to host grand events and celebrations, – noted the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin. – Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and warmth that you bring to people, and, of course, for your work, which is to create a holiday not only for the residents but also for those who visit us.
The General Director of the Vitebsk Cultural Center, Gleb Lapitsky, noted that the holiday allows us not only to summarize interim results but also to meet veterans of the field and honor young specialists.
– Over 400 events have been held at the Vitebsk Cultural Center this year, with over 330,000 spectators. Our 35 ensembles and seven branches continue their successful activities. And we are pleased that we are celebrating our professional holiday in a renovated concert hall, – noted Gleb Lapitsky.
A young specialist, a methodologist of the artistic and creative work department at the Vitebsk Cultural Center, Maria Avetisyan, despite her short work experience, has managed to participate in organizing events dedicated to City Day.
– I joined at the very beginning of the creative season, but I can confidently say that I will gladly take part as part of a large team of professionals in organizing the next "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" and the International Festival of Modern Choreography, – noted Maria Avetisyan.
For the fourth time, on the eve of the holiday, the Vitebsk Culture Center surprised with the corporate competition "Cultural Harvest Festival". Different departments of the institution – this year 12 teams – pleased with their generously laid tables. The defense of "tasty" ideas was accompanied by songs, quizzes, and games. For example, the HR and Chancellery department suggested playing an association game. Certain objects were encrypted in autumn compositions, which needed to be guessed through associations.
