The installation of the main New Year tree of the region has begun in Vitebsk

In Vitebsk, on Victory Square, the installation of the region's main New Year tree has begun. As reported by the utility department of the city's housing and communal services, the installation of the first tier of the structure has already been completed. This is being done by the boiler and heating network enterprise. By the end of the week, it is expected that the installation of the entire 35-meter-high structure will be completed. Then, employees of the enterprise "Vitebsk Zelenstroy" will take over, who will fill the frame with live fir trees – about 150 forest beauties will be needed for this purpose. The main decoration of the holiday's main attribute will be bright illumination. According to information from "Gorsvet", this year the enterprise, as always, has prepared a new lighting program that will add a New Year's mood to the city. The grand lighting of the tree is planned for December 25th.
