Vitebsk Honors Best Prosecutors of 2013
In a solemn ceremony at the final meeting of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office Collegium, during the review of the results of the region's prosecutor's offices for 2013, the best prosecutors were awarded.
The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus, for conscientious performance of official duties, initiative, personal contribution to strengthening legality and based on the results of work for 2013, has awarded the next higher class rank than stipulated by the position held to the Deputy Head of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region, Senior Counselor of Justice Fedorenko N.V. The Senior Prosecutor of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation and Legality of Legal Acts, Gritskevich O.L., was awarded a Certificate of Honor. Gratitude was expressed to the Prosecutor of Sennensky District, Rudenkov V.V., and the Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Enforcement of Legislation of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region, Vasiliev V.M. The leading specialist of the Finance and Accounting Department, Buevich A.I., was awarded a valuable gift. The prosecutors of Beshenkovichsky District, Shklyarevsky A.S., Braslavsky District, Kezik Yu.S., and Ushachsky District, Podvorny M.M., were awarded jubilee medals "90 Years of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Belarus".
The Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region, Dysko G.I., expressed gratitude to the Deputy Prosecutor of Miorsky District, Romanovskaya S.O., the Assistant Prosecutor of Vitebsk City, Morgovtsova N.A., and the Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Court Decisions in Criminal Cases, Lutov D.M.
Valuable gifts were awarded to the Prosecutor of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision over Inquiry, Krzhisinsky E.M., the Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Chashniksky District, Starchenko A.A., the Assistant Prosecutor of Vitebsk City, Dedyuro A.P., and the Senior Inspector of the Vitebsk City Prosecutor's Office, Alekseeva Yu.G.
A one-time monetary reward has been paid to O.P. Kuleshova, Assistant Prosecutor of Dubrovno District, A.A. Dergachev, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Vitebsk District, I.N. Lagun, cleaner of office premises of the Verkhnedvinsk District Prosecutor's Office, and A.F. Polushchenkov, driver of the Planning and Material and Technical Support Department.
The best prosecutors and employees of the regional prosecutor's office based on the results of work for 2013, with entry on the Honor Board of the Vitebsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, are recognized as: I.N. Bogachev, Head of the Organizational and Control Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office, A.G. Sashcheko, Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of Compliance with Law of Court Decisions in Civil Cases, M.S. Ryzhova, Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision of Legislation and Legality of Legal Acts, A.S. Shklyarevsky, Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District, M.N. Zinovik, Deputy Prosecutor of Gorodok District, V.V. Korsak, Senior Assistant Prosecutor of Orsha District, V.V. Dragel, Assistant Prosecutor of Polotsk District, and N.F. Ovodneva, Assistant Prosecutor of Ushachi District, E.M. Andreeva, Senior Inspector of the Personnel and Ideological Work Department, and S.V. Ryzhikh, driver of the Gorodok District Prosecutor's Office.
The Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office has been recognized as the best prosecutor's office among district and city prosecutor's offices.
In addition, the results of the work of prosecutors in protecting the rights and interests of citizens have been noted by the executive authorities and other state bodies. The following have been awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee: G.N. Grinkevich, Head of the Department of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for Supervision of Inquiries, S.N. Selikhanov, Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of Legality of Court Decisions in Criminal Cases, E.V. Babenkov, Prosecutor of Chashniki District, V.N. Lyskova and L.G. Mishanskaya, Senior Assistant Prosecutors of Vitebsk City. L.V. Kim, Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk City, has been awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus. D.V. Orekhva, Deputy Prosecutor of Vitebsk City, has been awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Court.
Veterans of the prosecutor's office were also not overlooked. For many years of diligent work, active participation in the public life of the prosecutor's office of the region, and a significant contribution to the patriotic education of the younger generation of prosecutors, the regional prosecutor expressed gratitude and provided financial assistance to the Chairman of the Council of Veterans - Filonenko V.N. Dubik R.I. was awarded an Honorary Diploma of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
In general, for initiative, professionalism, and conscientious attitude to the performance of official duties, as well as active participation in the public life of the prosecutor's office, 67 prosecutors of the Vitebsk region prosecutor's office were recognized in 2013.
