As reported by the Vitebsk United City Military Commissariat, in accordance with the decision of the City Executive Committee No. 275, young men born in 1996 who turn 18 before May 29, 2014, as well as male citizens aged 18 to 27, who are or are obliged to be registered for military service and are not in the reserve, have lost their conscription deferment and have not received a personal summons for conscription events, must appear by May 2, 2014, at 9:00 AM at the Vitebsk United City Military Commissariat at the address: Vitebsk, Pokrovskaya Street, 19/1, in office No. 3, with an identity document.
