Vitebsk has named the laureates of the Petrus Brovka regional prize

Laureates of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Prize "Petrus Brovka Literary Prize" for 2019 have been determined.

15 authors applied for the prize in three nominations. By the decision of a specially created commission, the following laureates have been awarded:

in the nomination "Prose (including journalism and drama)" – Valery Marchenko for the book "Afghan: Airborne Reconnaissance in Action";
in the nomination "Poetry" – Nadezhda Solodkaya for the poetry collections "Mir Vashamu Domu: Selected Works", "Raznotsvetnye Sittsy";
in the nomination "Literature for Children" – Irina Bogdanova for the books "Nelenivaya Vaktsina", "Mama s Papoy Ne Stareyut", "Druzba Vsem Nuzhna Vsegda", "Esli Vmeste Ulybat'sya" from the series "Nasha Druzhnaia Sem'ya".

The award ceremony will take place on December 27, 2019, at 1:00 PM in the conference hall of the V.I. Lenin Vitebsk Regional Library.
