A new technical inspection diagnostic station has opened in Vitebsk

В Витебске открылась новая диагностическая станция техосмотра

A new diagnostic station №231 of "Technotex" LLC for technical inspection has opened in the regional center. This is the 11th such facility in the northern capital and the 34th in the Vitebsk region, which gives the green light for vehicles to participate in road traffic.

Today, the building, whose foundation was laid two years ago, is a versatile complex. In addition to the new diagnostic station, it houses a furniture and door showroom, and office spaces for various companies. The facility is a regional investment project, which cost over 15 billion to implement. The building has become a true architectural decoration of the city; "KomGrupVlad" CHUP and "RUMstroy" SC LLC worked on its construction.

Expressing gratitude to "Technotex" LLC for the New Year's gift to the northern capital, the Deputy Chairperson of the City Executive Committee, Zinaida Koroleva, who took part in the grand opening ceremony, emphasized that the station was built within the framework of Decree No. 10 "On Creating Additional Conditions for Investment Activities in the Republic of Belarus" with state support for the investor. The main preference he received was a land plot without auction bidding.

— The benefits provided by the state are justified, — Zinaida Alexandrovna assessed. — Capital must work, so let the new facility always have high profitability.

The need for a diagnostic station, according to the director of "Technotex" LLC, Andrey Tsvetchkovsky, is due to the high level of motorization. Traffic jams on the main city arteries during peak hours, overcrowded parking lots in courtyards, queues at service stations — all this is a consequence of the rapidly increasing number of cars. With the increase in the vehicle fleet, there is also a need for additional services, as well as mandatory procedures, including technical inspection. Four diagnostic engineers, led by the station chief, monitor the process of such an event at the new station.

Notably, the new facility is the first in the Vitebsk region to be designed for technical inspection with two diagnostic lines. It is equipped with the latest technology: modern Italian and Russian equipment, fire alarm systems, heating, ventilation, audio recording, and video surveillance.

— Modern, reliable equipment will significantly increase the throughput of vehicles and speed up the process of passing the state technical inspection as a whole, — noted Wilhelm Kishkovsky, Head of the State Technical Inspection Department of UP "Beltekhosmotr" in the Vitebsk region. — This is a guarantee of safety for both drivers themselves and other road users.
