An exhibition by Tatyana Berezovskaya opened in Vitebsk

В Витебске открылась выставка Татьяны Березовской
«Necklace for Spring» – this is how Vitebsk artist Tatyana Berezovskaya lyrically and femininely named her exhibition, which is currently on display at the Art Museum of the regional center. While a damp wind blows through the city streets, the long-awaited time of warmth and sun has come into its own in the exhibition hall.

“

Necklace for Spring” – this is how Vitebsk artist Tatyana Berezovskaya lyrically and femininely named her exhibition, which is currently on display at the Art Museum of the regional center. While a damp wind blows through the city streets, the long-awaited time of warmth and sun has come into its own in the exhibition hall.

– On the eve of spring, nature prepares for awakening, people gain new strength and hopes, and women feel this change particularly acutely. My exhibition works are primarily addressed to them, – says Tatyana Berezovskaya. – Also, for me as an artist, any vernissage is an opportunity to share emotions and feelings.

Traditionally, the artist remains true to graphics, but experiments with various techniques and themes. The author returned to a theme from 20 years ago in her work.

"Stones and Flowers", it just continued it from a slightly different perspective and with greater depth. It is noteworthy that each work is complemented by glyphs and talismans to enhance the energy of the painting. They, as Tatiana herself explains, depict the search for love and spirituality. Among the exhibits are also paintings from the early period, which harmoniously complemented "Necklace for Spring". Through works from different years, one can trace the artist's maturation and development as a person. If at first, little angels, fairies, and witches frolicked on the canvases, then we observe images of female wisdom and harmony, within which the same little girl lurks.

The art of this artist carries lightness, kindness, and joy; even sadness is depicted not as oppressive, but as bright.

"Healer of Tired Souls" – this is how Berezovskaya was called by her university professor, and now friend and colleague Tatyana Rudenko, who came to support her former student at her next vernissage.

The author of the exhibition is sure: happiness should not be sought, one should be it. The same can be said about spring: one should not wait for it to announce itself with the first drip, one can simply let it into one's inner world.
