В Витебске помещение кафе ОАО \"КИМ\" продано почти за Br4,3 млрд

The real estate object of OJSC "KIM" in the central part of Vitebsk has been sold for almost Br4.3 billion as a result of an auction at the Vitebsk Institute of Real Estate and Valuation, the auction organizers reported.

The isolated premises with an area of over 170 sq.m on the first floor of a nine-story building in the Victory Square area were put up for auction for the fifth time. The starting price, reduced by 10%, was over Br4 billion. Since only one participant showed interest in the real estate, the auction was declared invalid. The sole bidder agreed to purchase the object at the starting price increased by 5%. The new owner is a Minsk company, which is currently refraining from commenting on its future use. Currently, the premises are occupied by a cafe of the Vitebsk chain "Arena-pizza" under a lease agreement, which expires in December 2016. According to the bankruptcy trustee of OJSC "KIM", Pavel Zayats, the money raised from the sale will be used to pay off the enterprise's creditors' debt.

The assessment of more than 50 other real estate objects at the main production site of the factory is also being carried out or completed, which will subsequently be put up for auction. Since the beginning of the year, this is the second billion-ruble and so far the largest real estate transaction in Vitebsk based on auction results. Earlier, at an auction at the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" fund, a new owner of a former dormitory was determined only on the 50th step of the auctioneer. He had to offer over Br1.4 billion for the object. The three-story building built in 1956 with a total area of over 1.3 thousand sq.m attracted increased buyer interest. It was put up for sale with an 80% reduction in the initial sale price, which was almost Br447 million.

In total, since the beginning of the year, three objects have been sold at auctions at the "Vitebskoblimushchestvo" fund for a total amount of over Br1.5 billion. In 2015, 163 unused objects (including 38 buildings for one basic unit) and almost 100 land plots were sold at auctions in the Vitebsk region for a total amount of about Br70 billion.
